IT Support Technician required.
Job Role:
Duties to include handling incoming helpdesk calls and providing end users support via remote and on-site assistance. You must be able to proactively look after servers, pc's and laptops. Normal working hours with occasional out of hours support. Majority of our products are Microsoft based, including Microsoft Small Business Server 2000/2003, Microsoft Server 2003, Windows 2000, XP and Vista.
Skills required:
mcsa, mcse preferable. Driving licence required.
