Service Desk
When your have an IT problem all you have to do is log a call with the Total IT helpdesk simply leave the rest up to Total IT. Your call will immediately be logged into our system and flagged for our engineers. Our helpdesk is manned round the clock by expert engineers, where possible upon initial contact our engineers will try to assist the end user of the phone however if this is not possible our engineers can securely dial in to your workstation and assist with the problem. For the majority of customers our helpdesk is open from 08:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday however longer support hours are available upon request.

Remote Access Support
Where talking the end user through solving the problem is not possible our engineers can remotely view and control the end users workstation. The whole process is secured at the highest level from complex passwords to Secure certificates. At least 95% of all problems are fixed this way, it also helps to educate the end user as they can see exactly what we did to solve the problem.

On Site Support
Where the above options have failed rest assured an engineer will be dispatched to your site within agreed response times to resolve the issue.
